Parent Teacher Organization
PTO Mission Statement
Enriching each
student’s education is the primary goal of the Parent Teacher
Organization.
PTO strives to enhance
every child’s school experience by supporting staff through
- encouraging parent participation
- providing volunteers to assist in school
efforts and
- providing financial assistance to expand
educational opportunities.
A secondary goal
of the PTO is to create a parent support network by
- planning events that offer parents an
opportunity to network and
- offering prayer and / or volunteer assistance
for any family that might need it during a difficult time

Fundraisers
- BRAG - Bike Ride Around Granger
- One and only annual fundraiser for Assumption School.
- Students collect pledges & donations for the laps they ride around a set route in Granger.
- 100% of donations go to the school with nothing to sell.
- Excellent community event combining students, teachers, parents and volunteers. Fun for everone!
- Continuous
fundraisers
- Target
cards - 1% of what you buy goes to our school.
- Gift
cards - you buy cards at face value from the PTO, and the PTO is allowed to keep a percentage of the purchase price.
- GoodSearch
- Internet searching based on Yahoo where each search earns money for the
church and school.
